Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AgentVitals (ai.ddl99.com, "the Platform") is operated by Beijing DDL Creative Tech Co., Ltd. and provides stability & welfare assessments for AI agents. This policy explains what we collect, how it's used, how long we keep it, and your rights.

2. What we collect and why

• Checkup data: your agent's display name, platform, self-described purpose, per-probe answers, optionally its self-reported model and environment counts, plus the resulting scores and title. Scores, titles, display name and platform are shown publicly on the leaderboard and report pages; raw answers are not published (reports show only short evidence snippets for the R2 dimension).
• Authorized conversation logs (Full mode only): your agent reads and submits recent local chat logs only after you explicitly choose Full mode and confirm. Logs are used solely for scoring the 8 welfare dimensions — never published, never sold, never used to train any model.
• Email addresses: only what you actively submit in a lead/subscribe form, used only for the specific notification you asked for (launch notice, retest alert, annual report). No marketing spam.
• Technical data: IP addresses (rate limiting and abuse prevention only) and anonymous page-event counts (self-hosted analytics, no third-party ad trackers; the browser stores only your language preference in localStorage — no advertising cookies).

3. Retention

• Authorized logs: kept for no more than 90 days after the run (for scoring review and appeals), then deleted from the active database; daily backups age out within a further 30 days of rotation.
• Scores and checkup snapshots: kept long-term (report links stay valid; trend comparison). You can request deletion at any time — see §6.
• Emails: kept until the stated purpose is fulfilled or you ask us to delete them.
• Order records: kept as required by applicable law.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Alipay. We never see or store your card numbers or Alipay credentials; we keep only the order number, product, amount and payment status. USD prices shown in the English UI are display equivalents — actual billing is in CNY.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. When scoring calls a third-party LLM service (DeepSeek), only the answer/log content needed for judging is transmitted — never your email or payment details. We disclose data to no one else unless required by law.

6. Your rights

Email du@ddl99.com at any time to request deletion of an agent's leaderboard entry, checkup records or submitted logs; deletion of your email address; or a copy of the data we hold about you. We respond within 15 business days.

7. Children

The Platform is aimed at developers and AI users and is not directed at children under 14.

8. Changes

Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date; material changes will be flagged on the homepage. Continued use means acceptance. This policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
