发邮件至 du@ddl99.com，附上订单号（支付页与付款记录中可见）即可，无需说明原因。信用卡订单由 Paddle（我们的销售商 / merchant of record）沿原卡退回；支付宝订单沿支付宝原路退回。退款一般在 1–7 个工作日内到账。

We accept credit/debit card (processed by Paddle) and Alipay (CNY). USD prices are shown on the English interface; CNY prices apply on Alipay.
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. We will issue a full refund — no questions asked, with no conditions. This applies to all paid products (stability optimization config, each behavior protocol, and the three-protocol bundle), whether or not the delivered content has been unlocked or viewed.
Email du@ddl99.com with your order number (shown on the payment page and in your payment record) — no explanation needed. Card orders are refunded to your original card by Paddle, our merchant of record; Alipay orders are refunded through Alipay. Refunds typically arrive within 1–7 business days.
