All payments are settled in CNY via Alipay; USD prices are display equivalents, and exchange-rate differences are not refundable.
Configs and protocols are instantly delivered digital content: the full text unlocks on payment and can't be "returned" once viewed. Beyond §2 and where law requires otherwise, unlocked orders are non-refundable. "Less improvement than hoped" is not a defect — results depend on your agent, its underlying model and how you apply the text, as stated honestly on the purchase page; buying a protocol unlocks one free same-day retest so you can verify yourself.
